Suzanna Valdez

Suzanna Valdez is the Founder of Partners4NonProfits. She brings a track record in leadership and team development, strategic fundraising, coalition building, and message planning. Suzanna is artful at bringing together industry experts to help non-profit organizations with their strategic growth, fundraising goals, executive plans, and revenue generation. She has helped raise over $40 million. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated being a cross-cultural leader who thrives on coalition building to move an organization’s mission. She can inspire staff to maximize their impact in complex, large organizations. Problem-solving is instinctual to her leadership and management values. From the U.S. House of Representatives, and the White House Office of Public Liaison to the Hispanic community, Program Director roles, to the Executive Director of the Task Force on Television Management, Vice President of Advancement for the Adrienne Arsht Center, and a founding member of TEDxMIAMI, Suzanna brings experience from all corners of the non-profit sector.

Michelle Villatoro

Michelle Villatoro is the founder and CEO of Just Think Hospitality, INC., a boutique consulting firm that collaborates with organizations to accelerate leadership behaviors, operationalizes values, and scales culture to make them the brand of choice and employer of choice. Drawing upon 20 years in Food & Beverage, 15 years in organizational development, and 10 years as a certified executive leadership coach, Michelle is a highly regarded growth strategist, culture change agent, and facilitator that employs leader-as-coach, hospitality, and values-based solutions to help leaders upskill and reskill while creating award-winning cultures for her clients.

Kevin Huntting

My passion is supporting overwhelmed leaders and purpose-driven organizations to develop greater emotional intelligence to lead with greater ease, kindness, and impact. I help my clients understand how their beliefs, perceptions, and attitudes can propel their leadership to new heights while increasing their overall levels of performance and satisfaction! Bridgette Simmonds

For over a decade, Bridgette Simmonds has inspired and coached thousands of leaders internationally to engage their personal power, elevate their leadership and create consistent success. Founder of Limitless by Bridgette, her professional development organization, she equips individuals and teams with a winning mindset followed by intentional action to achieve incredible results. If you are a passionate leader committed to growth, contribution, and fun, Bridgette is who you want to pay attention to. Certified through the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach and the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching, an accredited Life Coaching Program, Bridgette also holds a certification in Conscious Business from the Conscious Business Academy. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from the University of South Florida and a master’s degree in Psychotherapy from Argosy University. Beyond professional and personal coaching, she has spent more than 15 years managing business development and sales, and marketing for large Fortune 500 financial service corporations. She brings together these diverse skills and passions to help her clients find clarity, achieve business goals, and spark greater happiness. When she is not coaching or training leaders, Bridgette lives in sunny Tampa with her fur baby Ginger. The middle child of a proud Jamaican family, she enjoys traveling, food, dancing, Sunday naps, documentaries, and anything created by Oprah Winfrey. In real life or virtually, Bridgette Simmonds knows how to inspire and innovate for teams and individuals ready for growth, transformation, new experiences, and the exhilarating feeling of being limitless.

Tamara Moore

Tamara Moore is an options-aware, strategic explorer who enjoys reimagining tired business concepts. Tamara plays in the conscious business space with passions in innovation, workforce development, industry partnerships, executive coaching and teaching. She worked over two decades in higher education administration and has extensive experience facilitating in the business, non-profit and government sectors. Tamara has a B.S. in business administration and master’s in public administration. She is also certified in Strategic Doing, Conscious Business, Be Well Lead Well Pulse®, Appreciative Inquiry, Emotional Intelligence, various personality assessments and many facilitation techniques. Tamara was identified as a “Woman of Influence” by the Colorado Springs Business Journal and has received numerous accolades throughout her career. When she’s not helping organizations Re-Level, Tamara explores her passion for music through her side-hustle DJ-ing corporate and life events with her husband Kirk.
